We had a quiet evening at home with our little family to celebrate my husband's birthday. Gabriella helped her daddy open some of his presents and loved playing with the wrapping paper. Josh took some pictures for us. We also had a birthday dinner with my family last night at Dad and Mary's house, a traditional Mexican taco night with fresh guacamole, pork and chicken tacos and spanish rice. We had brownies and ice cream for dessert. Yum, yum! It was a fun evening talking about our pending trip to Mexico for Grant and Laura's wedding. They confessed that they ending up going to San Francisco to get pre-married last Thursday (and Nicole Nelson was their witness, which was fun for her since she can't make it to the actual wedding.)

So Gabriella is sitting there playing when I look up and see her little bottom showing out of her diaper! Had to get a picture of that! Not too long after that, Josh yells for me to come quick, Gabriella was pooping and it was oozing up the back like a lava flow. Eew! Indeed, it was very gross!
Daddy got a sweet smile after Bella's bath and before we had her dressed.
New to Blogging
I am becoming a serious computer geek! After viewing several friends blogspots, I thought I would attempt my own. I'm not really sure I have the time to put into it, but I have seen several that are similar to the website idea. I liked the way older posts can be archived and how you can post pictures on it. I have started our family website, but I don't like the idea of having to delete some of my older pages. This way, I can share with friends and family what is going on with our family and you are able to review older posts. When I was a young kid, I always kept a diary or journal. I really enjoyed documenting what was going on in my life, but it was always just for my own benefit. The challenge will be trying to balance my time on my computer, my work, and my family. This can really be addicting, but I love it!
